Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are established between you ("Client") and FunnelSpark by Adam Ghazi ("Service Provider"). By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services Provided

Adam Ghazi specializes in designing, building, and optimizing sales funnels tailored to your business needs. Our services include:

-Custom funnel design

-Funnel setup on platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel.

-Funnel optimization for higher conversions

-Any additional services agreed upon during consultation

3. Payment Terms

A 50% upfront payment is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before final delivery.Accepted payment methods: [Insert Payment Methods].Any additional work beyond the initial scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.

4. Project Timeline

Typical delivery timeframe: 4–15 business days, depending on project complexity. Any required revisions or scope changes may extend the timeline. Delays due to late content submission by the Client may impact delivery schedules.

5-Revisions

The package includes two rounds of revisions.Additional revisions will incur an extra charge.

6-Post-Launch Support

30 days of complimentary post-launch support for minor tweaks and adjustments. Clients on a monthly plan receive ongoing support as long as their subscription remains active.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide all necessary content (images, branding materials, etc.) on time. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Platform Usage

Funnels are developed on ClickFunnels (CF1.0 & CF2.0), GoHighLevel (GHL), and Systeme.io. The Client is responsible for maintaining active platform access and subscriptions. FunnelSpark is not liable for any platform-related technical issues or limitations.

9. Ownership and Rights

The Client gains full ownership of the funnel upon project completion and full payment. FunnelSpark reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Upfront payments are non-refundable if the Client cancels the project before completion. No refunds are issued after final delivery. However, FunnelSpark will address any concerns within the agreed-upon scope.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any project-related information to third parties without written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

FunnelSpark is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profits, or business impact resulting from funnel performance.Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

13-Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of US, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging FunnelSpark (Adam Ghazi), the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
